You are what you eat, so in order to have the right foods to prepare each week, you'll obviously need to go grocery shopping. Again, we've made this easy for you.

click here to go to the meal guidelines chart again, just in case you've misplaced it or forgot to print it out. It includes all the best foods for fat loss, all categorized by food type, such as starchy carbs, proteins, etc., so that you can quickly select a few foods from each category.

You won't believe how easy we've made this for Gold members. Once you submit your food selections, we'll develop a shopping list for you that can be printed out or saved and modified later.

You can also go through our recipes and select the ones you'd like to try for the week, such as our shredded BBQ chicken recipe, and then our green bean recipe. These two combined make a perfect dinner because you have a lean, complete protein, the chicken ... combined with a fibrous carob, the green beans. So, if you select these two recipes and click submit, we will create a shopping list for you with the ingredients for these recipes.

And of course, you can easily modify these. For example, if you don't like water chestnuts, which is part of the green bean recipe, you could substitute onions. The point is, we make it really easy to come up with the shopping list needed for really effective meals for fat loss that YOU will enjoy.

Your grocery list is a key to developing healthy, well-balanced meals that promote awesome fat loss results. When you shop, stay focused and buy only the foods on the list or those that you know will help you move towards your goals.

And never go to the grocery store hungry. Everything will look good and you'll be much more likely to slip into your old habits.
