When I got the idea that I'd like to work from home, I started searching for an easy way to start a home based business. Yes, I wanted to work at home and do something that I lived. My search continued for several years, after falling for some really bad deals that cost lots of money, before I found what I was looking for. Not only did I find the business that was right for me, I also learned a lot about what it takes to survive, and prosper, working from home. I also found some things that I did not like, more on that later.

Before I continue, I should tell you, there is no work at home business that is easy. However, there are people that make outrageous promises like, "all you have to do is sign up and we'll do all the work for you." Well let me tell you, ALL businesses, home or other wise, take time and hard work to become successful. I wish I would have known this years ago, I may have been retired by now. I guess it wasn't God's plan for me, because He led me to a great business partner, a terrific marketing system, and to the Its Good Business team.

As I reflect on my own situation, I believe each step of our journey is there for a reason. Each step builds character. Each step makes us appreciate our rewards even more, and also the value of our hard work. There is no free lunch! Everything worth while takes hard work, and perseverance.
